Rhys Kelly built Ironbuilt Infrastructure from the ground up. Our core values have been guided by Rhys’ experience in the worlds of both Civil & Commercial Construction. Rhys wanted to offer a complete planning, design & construction solution to Developers, Builders, Councils & Private Clients alike. 

We work across various construction sectors including transport infrastructure, rail, ports, airports, energy and resources, water infrastructure, justice, defence, remediation, structures, and community infrastructure.
